As part of shop life, we’re meeting many interesting people with interesting occupations. One of our customers, for example, is a sleep coach from Germany who travels regularly to work with elite footballers in and around Manchester. When we asked her for her top tips, she emphasised the importance of a winding-down routine. She explained how crucial it is to signal the brain that it’s bedtime, thus preparing the body for a restorative night’s sleep. This routine might look different for everybody, but here are some ideas inspired by the products in this edit:
