East London based artist and student nurse Mimi Dickson creates miniature works using illustration and collage to celebrate a feeling of home, and how each of us seek to create this in our own individual way. From Sunday evening egg and soldiers to champagne and oysters for date night, Mimi delights in creating tiny scenes that invoke a feeling of joy and comfort, because it’s these every day scenes and rituals that we often take for granted, that really mean so much.

The Femme Dark Milk Chocolate from Ocelot is an exceptional organic dark-milk chocolate made with rare Amelonado cocoa beans grown by a pioneering women’s cooperative in Eastern Congo. The milk for this chocolate is sourced from Swiss Brown cows that graze in small herds in lush mountain pastures. The cane sugar is raw and unrefined. A chocolate bar to celebrate the female.

The White Almond White Chocolate from Ocelot is a white nutty chocolate. The fine Trinitario cacao butter used for this chocolate comes from cacao gardens in the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic, and is then combined with Swiss Alpine milk. Notes of banana milk and caramel sumptuously contrast with the crisp, savoury crunch of salted almonds.
