Lemon Olive Oil White Chocolate from Ocelot. An organic white chocolate bar, infused with the fresh, zesty flavor of Puglian lemon olive oil. This smooth and fragrant bar is like enjoying a lemon cream pudding on a warm Italian afternoon. The olive oil is made in a family mill where whole fresh organic lemons and olives are stone-ground together, resulting in a vibrant, grass-green elixir that perfectly complements our creamy white chocolate. The chocolate is crafted from organic cacao beans from the Yuna River Valley in the Dominican Republic, combined with milk from Swiss brown cows that graze on mountain pastures, and raw organic cane sugar.
