Due to the current global situation, we have extended our returns and refund policy to 100 days.
If you are unsure about sizing, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to making your purchase. By making the right choice, both you and the environment will be happy. Where possible we try to keep the number of returns to a minimum in order to reduce the environmental impact caused by freight.
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we will give you 100 days to return it. Please note we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene – this is a legal requirement.
The full cost of the item will be refunded using the same method you used to pay. All items must be returned unworn, clean, and in their original packaging. Any non-faulty items that are not in a condition suitable for resale will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
How to Return?
– Contact customer service to request an exchange or refund. This can be done via the live chat online, or alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org
– Customer service will provide return details. Your order number a copy of your order confirmation email, together with the item(s) you wish to return, must be placed in a suitable box, e.g the box your item(s) arrived in from Nordic Muse.
– Using your desired courier, complete the return of your item(s).
– Once we receive your item(s) we will refund you within 7 days. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
