Founded by two brothers from New York, Mast handcrafts their chocolate, in-house, from ‘bean to bar’. The brothers prefer traditional methods such as using stone mills to slowly refine our chocolate over several days. The chocolate is made in small batches, using simple organic ingredients. Ethically sourced. Whenever possible, Mast works directly with certified organic, local farms – many are located in New York and New England. They pay far beyond fair trade premiums and several times commodity prices. Mast takes their inspiration from today’s family pantry and do their best to help you and your family make time stand still.
